Hard to find level camping lot on a 108 acre lake in Central Minnesota. The very private, Pine Lake has only a few permanent homes on it. According to the DNR Lake Report it has a maximum depth of 79' and a really good water clarity of 7.8'. It shows a good amount of Bass, Pike, and Sunfish. It is possible to put a camper on it or build a cabin with an Approved Variance. A septic system or holding tank would need to be sited on the lot as part of the Variance process. Take a look. There is a lot of potential here.
